Who we are

CS Media (CS Media Group) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at cem@csmediagroup.co.uk.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form we collect your name, email address, business name (optional), the service you are interested in and your message. When you book a call, Calendly processes the details you enter on our behalf.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) and contract. We never sell your data.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Google tag to measure how our advertising performs. Advertising and analytics cookies are switched off by default and are only set if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Embedded YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run this website: Vercel (hosting), FormsList (contact form delivery), Calendly (call booking), Google (advertising measurement) and YouTube (video playback). Each processes data under its own privacy terms and appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email cem@csmediagroup.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
